The business is always clean and inviting. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. The groomers are excellent. Our fur babies are very comfortable with them and always come out well groomed and happy. This place is awesome.

I had my mini schnauzers at pet vet for grooming before 7am. They did not have her ready to go until 5pm. She was in a cage for 10 hours. Unacceptable! Then they gave her a rabies shot that was not needed. They could have called for the info plus their records should have said when it was needed. Very disappointed.

I've been taking my dog here for 3 years since I got him. Never had a problem until one of the groomers wish I had got her name, handed me my Dino back last weekend with blood dripping off of his paws onto my shirt and had the nerve to tell me " you'll need to bring him more often or we'll have to charge you a handling fee". A HANDLING FEE FOR AN 9LB DOG. I will be coming back to PV because I do enjoy the stores and the vets. But the groomer blew it. Learn how to cut a dogs nails that are black.

A friend saw someone repeatedly hitting and slapping a dog that was being groomed there today. May 23rd 2022, do NOT take you dog or animals there for any reason! I will be calling the owner tomorrow and I will also find a board to report these horrible people! I think the tech's name was Bruce! I know where to find the lady that saw this happen today! If I could give a -10 star, I would! This makes me sick!

Pet Vet is a great little Pet Store! Very friendly staff! I showed up about 10 minutes before they closed one day to get some stuff for my dogs and they told me to take my time! Great Job pet Vet!

They are always so good to all 4 of my dogs and have gave them the best care for over 10yrs. Love the staff as well

Staff here is so unhelpful. I went in yesterday to look for dog food the staff didn't greet me she just stared and rolled her eyes. I was completely lost looking for a specific brand of dog food and I wasn't offered help during the 20 minutes I was there. If your looking for a pet supply store 100% recommended Hollywood feed they are extremely friendly and have never let me down. I'll continue going there from now on.

The groomers did an amazing job with my dog Max! I had only ever had him groomed once before at another place and was not happy at all with the results. Tried here and he looks, smells, feels amazing! I have found Max's new groomer for sure. Thanks folks from Myself and Max.

Pet-Vets staff assisted me when making the decision to help my Maggie Lou cross the rainbow bridge. Although it was a difficult time each staff member was very patient and compassionate. After receiving Maggie's ashes their staff took the time to send a hand written condolence note. It warmed my heart and made the grieving process a little easier.

My dog always smells fantastic after his baths! The staff is nice and dropping off/picking up is super easy. Not many would take my large pitbull, but he loves everyone there and their delicious treats!

So I made an appointment for my 17 year old cat for her yearly checkup, vaccines & bloodwork. Appointment was on Saturday, January 9th at 10:30 am, this was our first time there. We were there for 1 & 1/2 hours, they wouldn't let me in the room with my cat because of Covid (now an over used excuse for everything). Then today, got an email telling me that my cat's vaccines are due.

What the hell? We were there a few days ago for annual checkup & spent $260.00. Checked my invoice from them, shows all they did was bloodwork. No wellness checkup, no vaccines! Why would I make separate appointments? So I can make multiple trips, waste time & money? WORST VET CLINIC EVER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, FIND A REAL VET CLINIC!

Pet Vet Salon, Clinic, and Front Desk have always taken great care of my pet needs from grooming, pet food selections, treats, clinic services, and shots. I know my dogs and kitty are important to everyone there. Definitely recommend!

I've taken my pup to this clinic twice now and have had pleasant experiences both times. The vets are kind, patient, and are willing to explain any questions or concerns. I really appreciated the fact that they printed out and showed me each individual price so I knew exactly how much I would be paying and what for. The prices are also very fair for animal care and aren't incredibly out of budget.

The Vet on dutY was very informative and I really was impressed with the staff! Super nice people! The location was very sketchy. As I was walking to my car with my two dogs, a Man and Woman started yelling at me from their car and cursing because I apparently wasn't watching where I was going. He turned at the light and made another trip around to the parking lot just to get out of his car and started walking towards me. I grabbed my phone and took his picture. Very scary ordeal.

Absolutely amazing place, right close to the base and staff is always friendly. Well except for one person but other than that I recommend this place 100%. Very knowledgeable about their products, one of few stores that carry the dog food that we use "taste of the wild" and their treat bar is absolutely amazing. Will definitely keep coming here until we move.

I LOVE Pet Vet. Doctor Kim is the Best. She may be busy. However, your fur baby is her top priority when she is in the room with you. She never rushes in and rushes out. She makes you feel like she genuinely cares about your fur baby. I really appreciate that about her. The staff is very friendly and seems to love their job and your fur baby as well.

I have taken my fur baby to the groomers and have never been disappointed. I do not believe you will be disappointed with the Doctors, Staff or the Groomers at Pet Vet. A Special note. Because the doctors give each fur baby that personal one on one care, sometimes you might have to wait just a little past your appt time. However, Believe me, they are worth the wait.

On Sunday I adopted a puppy from the local shelter, by that evening he was starting to develop a cough. As part of the adoption paperwork, I found a list of local vets offices that provide a free "well puppy" visit as a community service. Pet Vet was close to our home, and even though we already have a great veterinarian, (free is free), so we thought we would take a chance.

First impression was good, the staff made a big fuss over how cute our puppy was, and the Doctor seemed friendly. We told the doctor about our pup and where he came from, and we explained his symptoms. She gave him a quick "once over" and said she thought his cough was "nothing to worry about", and recommended that we perhaps took him to the bathroom with us, so he could breath a little steam while we showered. "Nothing a all to worry about", she said.

Three days later, since the cough had not improved, we went to our normal vet, the diagnosis, very serious viral pneumonia. I will never set foot in Pet Vet again. And I would discourage anyone else from doing so, no matter what the price. For the good of your pet.

Haven't used the grooming service but have had great experience with the Vet and supply side. Staff was very friendly. They may not have everything the box stores have but then again they also have stuff the others don't. They do run some pretty good specials.

I brought my dog in at 9am and requested her be done by 3 they said they would have her done by then. I arrived early because I was over in the area and they had just started on my dog at 2:30. Every time I have taken my dog to a groomer she is done within 2-3 hours max. They were rude to me when I asked if they would be done soon and one of the other groomers yelled at me because I said hello to my dog when they weren't doing anything to her.

She is a very mellow dog and they had her in a cage. She has NEVER bit a person or been agressive and they are treating her horribly. The employees in the vet and the supply areas are nice but if I could report the groomers I would. The complaint inhave on the vet side is i was charged for the 3 year rabies but the tag said 1 and they got it corrected. Prices are good when you hit a sale. They do not honor military. As far as the grooming goes. I requested her to have a teddy bear face and short all over, leave the tail long and the ears long both trimmed up.

My dog has bad hips and not many clinics will take the time to be kind with him. PetVet is the best with him. He's a happy boy going in and getting love and attention.

The girls at pet vet were so sweet and calm and they helped make wayyas death painless he died with seths arms around him comforting him. I am thankful. He just took a few breaths and then stopped. Goodbye to an old faithful friend. I loved you. You were a rich part of our lives. Thank you to the sweet kind staff at pet vet who so carefully and professionally dealt with our old dog who was suffering. FullSizeRender.jpg

Best groomers and vet in town. Store sells a huge variety of pet supplies. All your pet needs under one roof. Very convenient location and friendly staff. They are the only groomers & vet I trust with my Pomeranians. A+

I took both my dogs here today for grooming. Very nice and did what I wanted with my dogs. I never had a problem with there groomers there or the vet. Will use them again in the future

We gave your people exact instructions on what we wanted. They did nothing we ask for and took all day when we had a early apt. We will not be coming back.
