I love Rob Cary's. They take fantastic care of our dogs and our cats. They love our animals like their own and it really helps when leaving for longer trips.

Knowledgeable, professional staff I trust with our furry kids. Only borders I trust. Great people. Expert groomer.

This is the absolute work place to bring your dog. They did a horrible job grooming my dog Daisy and Buddy. My dog had a cut on her leg from the razor. And also the lady there is so rude and have no clue what their talking about. Made me waste my time doing stuff online then Told me so I can't even come in.

Place is awesome we bring Tiffany hear once a week and when we go out of town. To Kelly Page cmon lady get your dog vaccinated don't blame them because you lack common sense! In a way I'm glad you wrote that review just shows not everyone should own a pet. Lol look when we bring tiff home she's happy and sleepy they play games for them art time, Holliday parties it's amazing what the staff does to make our pets comfortable. I've used Rob Cary for my pup, Maggie, for over a year for boarding and grooming services. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating from scheduling to pickup and I feel confident that my dog is getting plenty of TLC while in their care. I would confidently recommend Rob Cary to friends and family.

I have always heard good things so when my son needed to board his puppy I recommended Rob Cary. He paid for the luxury suite and the extra cuddle time. When he picked up the puppy, the poor baby was covered in his own dried poop and had a cut above his eye. I'm hoping that this just reflects the employees working at the time and not the company as a whole. IF YOU BOAD YOU FURRY LOVED ONE BE SURE YOU CALL DAILY TO CHECK UP ON THEM. THEY CLAIMED THEY TRIED TO CONTACT MY SON BUT NON OF US ON THE EMERGENCY CONTACT RECIEVED A CALL OR MESSAGE. I do hope this was a one time event and not an indication of a failed policy.

Full disclosure: my review addresses training only. I have not yet used grooming/kenneling. Our 2 dogs have been in obedience and agility with Monica, Keith, Jill, and Dane. All the trainers are great. We have so much fun and our dogs, Lulu and Teddy, have learned so much. Lulu was so shy and now she has really come out of her shell. Classes are relatively small and we got plenty of attention one on one. I highly recommend Rob Cary trainers!

We left our two dogs here over our Christmas travels. They were speedy, approachable, and totally understanding of our concern for them (as it was their first times staying in pet boarding). They were very intensive of their needs and daily routines, they even offered CBD treats to one of our dogs who has high anxiety. The basic boarding that we got had an inside and outside grass cooridor.

As the inside is temp controled. They also emailed us daily doggie updates which we found very heartfelt and reassuring. Overall, it was an excellent experience and you just CANT BEAT THEIR PRICE!

Boarded my dog here over Christmas holidays. It's a nice place with friendly staff but don't expect to get any of your dog toys back. I gave them 3 chew toys (2 chuckit toys, and 1 benebone) to put in his kennel and only got a chuckit ball back and that too I had to ask for it. They were ready to see me off without his leftover food, treats or chew toys after they gave me my dog back. Im not sure how you lose chew toys if theyre not supposed to leave my dog's kennel. I probably won't be going back unless it's my last option. If you decide to board your dog here, make sure to ask for your dogs items back!

I love taking my dog here! The staff is friendly and haircuts are done in a reasonable time.

Cannot say enough about this place! They love our puppy and make their doggy day care extra special. They may not have cameras like other places but they know your sweet fur baby very well and love on them! They add special touches such as report cards, pictures, and special events on holidays including Mother's Day (melted my heart). I tried once going to another doggie day care and had the absolute worst experience for both me and my pup. Absolutely love love love this place and they love us and our family.

I was disappointed with the services at Rob Cary Pet Resort. I took my 2 cats in to be boarded in June 2021 for 4 days and 3 nights. Upon picking them up, they had no bedding in their cage, the hide-a-way house and blanket I had provided were not in the cage but finally located in a trash bag and they reeked of urine as thought they had been sitting in the bag since day 1.

I understand the facility does not do laundry but am saddened my poor cats were without any comforts for what smelled like 2 weeks. The cardboard scratcher I provided was in the cage but was soaked with urine as well. Upon getting the cats home I had to bathe them both, as they smelled of urine and felt grimy and dirty. This resulted in multiple scratches and a torn shirt for me as well as obvious upset for the cats.

The poor cats were out of sorts for several days afterward. I called and spoke with a manager and she had every excuse to explain away the poor boarding conditions and was quite rude to me. I definitely did not get my money's worth and will not be using Rob Cary again. This is a shame since I had boarded dogs with them in the past, some years back, and they had done a great job. I don't know what happened to the quality care at Rob Cary.

Board my pets here after having several bad experiences at other facilities. 10/10 highly recommend!

The only people we entrust with our fur family members. Rob Cary associates watch over and take care of our dogs as if they are their own. Our two dogs are normally very shy and will not approach strangers. However, they run to greet staff members here with tails wagging --this says it all! All services that we have received to include boarding, obedience training and grooming have been excellent.

Competent and very knowledgeable management. Large facility with options for every dog-size. Happy they are up the road from me!

They do a great job! These people have amazing customer service and are so helpful! There have been many times where they have extended the closing time just for us, these people are genuinely good kind nice people and my dog always comes back with her take waging! I love Rob Cary and there amazing service and I'm not joking these people literally are awesome!

We took our puppy Goku here for puppy training class. Our trainer Gary, was phenomenal! He really helped us with our Boy & did a great job educating us on the proper ways of training your puppy. He also was patient & would always answer any question we had. My husband and I are looking forward to more training with Gary!

GET THIS.A while back I wrote a negative review about Caryl (owner). We were upset because after boarding our previously healthy medium sized dog, she was returned to us with a fully dislocated hip. Our dog was lame for the last four years of her life as a result. Caryl was extremely unapologetic and actually claimed my dog dislocated her own hip! Screaming at my wife and I, she said she moved our dog to a kennel closer to the front for 2 days at no additional cost to us so they could watch her!

They did not call my vet or the emergency number provided to them. All of this was this after she charged me for an extra day on a $795 bill because we arrived 10 mins late; she said "you know the rules". This week, when it was discovered that my uninvolved 74 yo mother in law had enrolled in an agility class there, Caryl and some instructor named Donna called her and dismissed her from any Rob Cary functions because she is related to us. Presumably, she still holds me responsible for the fact that she injured our dog.

Our vet told us the force involved in this kind of injury is tantamount to being hit by a truck. This conduct is representative of these people and their establishment. There are cleaner better run and more affordable kennels in San Antonio from which to chose. If you care about your pet, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Signed up my fur baby for her class. RC came recommended by several people I know. Gary was our instructor. He's very friendly and will answer any and all questions. He has definitely helped us a lot. Gary has heard it all, I call him the dog whisperer. ( and yes my fur baby goes after laundry items. embarrassing to admit that in class) lol If you need to sign your fur baby up for a class, go see them and hopefully you'll get lucky and Gary will be your teacher. Another note. check out the store. Each week before class started I had to buy my fur baby goodies. They have a huge variety from pig ears, moo tubes and so much more.

We have been going to Rob Cary for 3 + years for obedience and ring manner training. Tammi has been amazing help to Bugatti and I. I love this class and learn something new each class. Tammi has also helped Bugatti and I work through distractions. We purchase all our food and treats at Rob Cary - they have many choices of high quality food and treats. Wonderful place for various types of training and pet foods.

We boarded our 5 month old Boston Terrier at Rob Cary for 5 days, 4 nights. Our little princess is deaf, so I (being the very overprotective pet parent) provided all sorts of instructions including what hand signs she knows. They did not even bat an eye. They assured me that they have dealt with deaf dogs before and made me feel secure about leaving her there.

We added some playtime options to make sure she was occupied and not missing us too much. And when we called (repeatedly) to check in on her, they always took the time to go see how she was doing. When we went to pick her up she was all smiles, healthy, and smelling good. I am completely satisfied with how Rob Cary and their wonderful staff took care of our puppy.
