I made an appointment waited so long for it and she knew the breed of my dog beforehand, however when I arrived on day of appointment and she saw that my dog was long haired and insulted me by saying I will have to shave him he is badly matted first of all, she did not touch, or look at his fur she just assumed from 15 feet away he was badly matted which was totally untrue she was just being lazy!

I asked if she could thin him out and groom she said no she could only shave him because it would take too much of her time. Also, she wasn't even friendly or welcoming when I came in the door, I decided not to let her touch my dog at all because I got a negative vibe off of her. My dog is very well kept as I bathe him once a week and comb him out, I really just wanted a professional to get him on a regimen, she obviously was not that. I would not recommend at all. Zero stars for unprofessional, wasting my time, and insulting my pup! Not a good way to get customers I am paying you your not paying me!

I absolutely love that they are by appt only. No crate! Well worth the wait.

Critical: Professionalism Rated a one because she was speaking Very Rudely to me. Wasn't because she had given me the answers she did, I already have a groomer, was looking for somewhere closer. I had asked about availability and business hours. Will not be taking down my review.

Best groomer we've used and we've tried several. Betty takes one puppy at a time and they look and smell great when you pick them up.

I called to see if I could have my dog groomed and was told, very rudely I might add, that she was booked until after March 26. That's fine but you just lost a client.

It's always a stressful ordeal finding the right groomer for your fur-babies, especially when moving to a new area and not really knowing anything about it! Luckily, I was able to find Bette on here because she did an amazing job with grooming my two pups. I have a corgi mix and a yorkie- pomeranian. It is always a challenge to find just the right groomer who can do a good job with the yorkie-pom, but she hit it right on the nail.

She's very professional and was very thorough in asking me exactly how I wanted my pups to look as soon as we all walked through the door. I hope she will be available for quite some time because she's just wonderful!

Been our pet groomer for several years now. Always been pleased. Never had any complaints.

If I could give Jessica's 10 stars I would! Bette does an amazing job. By far the best groomer in the Huntsville/Madison area. The dogs aren't crated. She gives you your own individual appointment. She loves dogs and has done this for many years. My little dog always looks wonderful. She is the absolute best! I have recommended her to many people. We love her!
