I have serious mom guilt when I have to board my dog but pupsi has always made it easier! The dogs get SO much play time, it's like a vacation for them too! :

I try to give people grace & being that this place can highly recommended the standard was already set extremely high. Such a disappointment for a first time puppy cut. I wish I would've had the opportunity to really look at his hair prior to leaving but it was extremely choppy, his fur has lines chopped all in it, his ears are uneven & he just doesn't look like a puppy. The whole process just felt rushed and wasn't thorough enough for me especially as a first timer. Can't even post pics because this cut is TERRIBLE.

Take my dogs to day care every few weeks, but boarding them is Legit, I know they spend 1st half of the day outside in fence, then they get a hour break eat the food then go back outside again for a while. Perfect way to get them socialized with other dogs and tired at the end of the day. Also they take baths from time to time, and when and getting their nails trimmed, they do such a great job. Overall 100% recommend

The Pupsi staff is incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional making the decision to trust them with your pup(s) a simple one! They are very reasonably priced and respectful. If you live in the Raleigh area, I would absolutely recommend giving them a try as I doubt that you would be disappointed!

We loved Pupsi when we first started coming but too much has changed and we unfortunately had to find a new daycare. No longer offer an affordable daycare package- pricing is now one of the highest in the area but quality has gone down. Walk ins are a thing of the past have to have a reservation and they are challenging to get. Do not offer half days. My dog had a few times where he came home bloodied up- pupsi always brought it to my attention but happened a lot more than with any other daycare we have used.

Loki has been going to Pupsi for years. Clean environment, very friendly staff. I would recommend Pupsi to anyone with a socialized dog, for integration with many other dogs and constant outside supervision. Don't be surprised if Trace is more concerned about the dogs' wellbeing than anything else, As it should be! I highly recommend Pupsi!

Pupsi is absolutely fabulous for anyone (like me) who is anxious about boarding. Other than immediate family, I'd trust no one other than the folks at Pupsi to care for my sweet one-year-old lab, Birdie. As soon as she sees me packing her food, she knows where she's going. She gets so excited, runs around the house, and cannot wait to jump into the car.

She LOVES it there and doesn't even look back at me at drop off. I always get a bath with her stay as I know she's very active with swimming and playing, and each time she's come home impeccably clean, smelling great, and happy. Thank you so much, especially Trace, for always being so kind and accommodating! We love all of you!

I have taken my dog Macie to Pupsi daycare for the last year and they have been great. My pup is so excited every time we pull up and their staff couldn't be nicer when we come in. Debbie and Trace at the front are so kind and everyone will know your dog's name within a week or two of taking him/her! The pricing is very reasonable and they are clearly very knowledgeable on caring for animals.

I have used them for boarding as well and for the amount of space she got, I was very pleased with the price. I also love that when I board her there she got to spend the full day in daycare for minimal extra charge; some places I have gone to was WAY extra for her to be out in daycare. Overall I highly recommend Pupsi to anyone looking for daycare for their pup. They are the best.

The staff at Pupsi are ALL ABOUT the dogs! Our dog usually doesn't get along well with other dogs, . At Pupsi we have absolutely no problems! We can drop in anytime and check out the cameras and see how he is. They offer baths, nails and other services. When we have to board our dog we can feel easy he is happy and safe. He is always excited to go!

I have to confirm among other reviews that Trace is the biggest douchebag I've ever met in my entire life. The whole time I took my dog to daycare here I prayed to god that Debbie was working front desk. Trace would always talk to me like I'm stupid and we had our final argument today. The lack of professionalism is appalling. I was met with questions like "are you good?" When I would ask a question and needed clarification.

The final straw was deciding to book for boarding and having an uneasy feeling after dropping my dog off due to the interaction I had with Trace. The feeling made me so uneasy I made arrangements to pick my dog up that day even though I was set to leave town because I couldn't in good conscience leave my dog for the weekend with this monster of a human.

I was still charged full price, robbed of $100, and given no apology or any sort of respect as a human being. Please head the warnings on these reviews. I would hate for anyone to experience the sheer lack of respect I've received while dealing with pupsi inc.

Front desk associate Trace very rude and unprofessional! Pupsi- do better! This is not a positive image of your business.

Wow, so full disclosure I didn't even board my dog here. I called to see if they had the capability to board my problematic Frenchie for a week. He's exhibited some aggressive behavior in the past and he has to be boarded at specific places with professionals who can handle that. which is why I always check first. Instead of a simple "no" the guy on the phone (who I'm assuming is the asshole named "Trace" from these other reviews) was a complete dick about it for no reason. Stay away from this shithole.

Don't ignore the negative reviews! I took my 8th month old pup this morning and changed my mind without being there for even 5 mins. A young man was DRAGGIN my 15 lb pup down the hall I asked him not to drag her by her neck and the white guy behind the counter snapped at me "just hang on a minute ma'am" I told no, changed my mind want my dog back. Horrible first impression, will not be taking my baby back here.

This is my first time bring my dog here to get a well needed cleaning. They did an AWESOME JOB! He looked so clean and smelled great too! I will be taking him again!

We used to like Pupsi and were pretty loyal customers, even sending our dog there for boarding after we moved further away. Unfortunately, when we just called to confirm our reservation for Thanksgiving (which we had booked months in advance since we're traveling to visit family on the west coast), they told us that our reservation had been changed from Nov. 25-30 to Nov. 20-23rd.

We certainly did not make that change, but the people at Pupsi accepted no responsibility for the mix up, made us feel at fault, and we were told that we're just out of luck. So now we're scrambling last minute to find a place for our pup over the holidays, when everywhere is already full, and we'll be out a lot of money if we have to change our flights!

We expected a lot more and are really disappointed (not to mention offended and stressed). We won't be using Pupsi again, and I wouldn't recommend sending your dog there over the holidays because you might get screwed, even if you have a long-standing reservation.

Customer service is awful, the guy up front is the worse. Never admits fault to anything, very defensive, never apologizes. Very condescending towards any issue we ask. After more than 3 separate run ins the past year with the guy up front, we decided to take our money elsewhere. The only thing they have going for them is the convenient location. Other than the guy at the front; the rest of the workers are great, love our puppy.

We switched to a new daycare and realized how complacent pupsi has gotten, our dog is so much better care for now. If you look at all negative reviews they all have a common theme - bad customer service by the guy up front

This is a great place for day boarding your pup. My dog had a blast at Pupsi. He appeared to be very relaxed, content and hydrated during his stay. The staffs are kind, respectful and very caring. We are thrilled to find a reliable and thrust worthy day care and boarding for our baby. This was our first time at Pupsi and we are beyond pleased by the service we got for our loved one.

Wonderful pet services! Been taking my pups here for almost a year and they love it. Convenient drop off and pick up times. The cuts always look great and the stinky nuggets always leave smelling great! Highly recommended for all your pet services and needs!

Worst place ever! I can't believe this place is even still in business. I overheard the owner talking about my dog and other dogs about how ugly and stupid they were Yes you heard me right ugly and stupid. Why does he even own a kennel I don't understand he hates dogs. One day I peeked over the fence which he says that nobody should do their signs everywhere and I saw a man supposably watching the dogs kick a dog first and last time we will ever be at pupsi.

Oh yeah and it was cold out and I constantly sore then spray the dogs with a cold hose constantly and all the dogs were doing was playing the guy seems to like it to spray the dogs with the cold water this place sucks!

I have actually never been to Pupsi but for the 17 times I have called over 2 weeks, they have only picked up once and they were too busy to answer my question at the time and said they would call me back and never did.

Pupsi was so great it inspired me to write my first Yelp review. Overall, the place is wonderful and they live up to their slogan of putting dogs first. Most boarding places scare my partner and I since we have a large dog and these places tend to stick them into very small places. However, Pupsi understands and accommodates the needs of all dogs and sizes. Danielle was an amazing groomer and took us for a tour around the place even without our asking.

Any place that volunteers a look-around gets an extra star by me. Danielle even took the time to look up our dog's breed since she's a rare shepherd dog, and determine what is best for her. When our pup came out, she was stunning and looked like she had had the day of her life. There are few businesses that impress me this much, and Pupsi is one of them.

I like to do my research on places, especially when it comes to care for our four-legged daughter. Family-owned places are generally far better, but Pupsi takes the cake. We drive all the way from Chapel Hill, but it's a drive worth making to know your loved one is safe, happy, and in the best of hands. Thanks Pupsi!

Great family business. Owners are great and treat dogs awesome. My pups always come home tired! I have used them for grooming as well and they offer great add-on like bail trims and other services. They take all the precautions and make it fun for our pets including kiddie pools, shaded areas/covered areas for bad weather or heat. Great place!
