Tracy's TLC

Tracy has been taking our dogs for trail hikes and boarding for over 10 years. She is extremely reliable, flexible in working with her clients and pets needs and unique personalities. We appreciate that Tracy also picks up and drops off our pets which is so helpful for people with long commutes. We can't say enough good things about Tracy's TLC.

My four year old cocker has been going to Tracys TLC since he was nine months old. Tracy and her husband Jim run a top notch business and Prince enjoys his afternoons there.

I hired Tracy's TLC because of their glowing Yelp reviews when I moved to Oakland six months ago. I started noticing that my liquor cabinet was becoming especially *light* one might say, so this week I decided to mark the bottle that I suspected would diminish with a sharpie marker before I left for work. To my dismay, when I came home the contents were several inches lower than the mark. Tracy's TLC has not only gone through my cabinets to find the one that stored the liquor, but also consumed enough to kill a small army over the months I've employed them.

I wonder what other places in my house they rifled through, and what else was taken that I am not aware of. Creepy. Beware of this company, they seem very nice but have been stealing from me for months.

Tracy is terrific! And my dog loves going out on her trail walks, so that's the most important thing. But in any case, Tracy is reliable, organized and flexible and, when she's able, has made last-minute changes when we've asked for them if she's able and tries to accommodate our changeable schedule as best she can. I have absolutely no complaints after using her service for six years. Highly recommended!

Honest, reliable, and caring. I like that they deal with my last minute changes and that they offer help when they can with foster pets. True animal lovers.

For about 6 years, Tracy has taken care of my two cats whenever I travel, which is a few weeks a year. She also takes care of my plants while I'm gone. I can always tell when I get home that the cats have been well cared for. Tracy is responsible and reliable.

Tracy Timmer from Tracy's TLC has been my pet sitter for almost 5 years now. I trust her implicitly with my cats and my house. My cats love her and they are super picky about who they decide to trust. She comes to the house twice and day and visits them and feeds them. But she also makes it look like we are there by switching what light she leaves on or by shifting a curtain one way or another.

This last week she not only took care of our cats but she had to deal with our house being under construction. She not only didn't complain at all, but rather became friends with the contractor and worked out a plan to make it work for everyone. We feel safe knowing that our cats and home are in her very capable hands while we are away. It certainly gives us the freedom to enjoy our trip worry free.

Tracy and Jim are great. They take our dog, Ruthie on a canyon walk every Thursday, and have helped us out in a pinch, when we've wanted to stay in the City later, (give them 24 hours notice). They know dogs and dog behavior, and Ruthie loves to board with them. Once, Ruthie had been scared by a neighbor and escaped the yard. My husband was set to leave work to look for her.

I had left a worried message at Tracy's, asking her to look out for our dog. I got a call 10 minutes later from Tracy saying that Ruthie had been waiting for her at their house. 5 stars and 5 paw prints!

I had a 10 1/2 year Old English Mastiff and Tracy walked my dog everyday so he could make it outside to do his thing. He was a huge dog but a gentle slow love bug and he really looked forward to seeing Tracy come by. I always felt very comfortable giving her access to my home and my only treasure, Chico. I will use Tracy in the future with out hesitation.
