I've been going here for a week and I'm so impressed by the care and attention from the staff! My dog who typically has some separation anxiety runs out of my arms without looking back and always comes to me with tail wagging at the end of the day and well tired. Stephanie and the rest of the team are just wonderful folks and I'm grateful for this business!

I will never take my cats there again. My Tucker could walk fine before "Pampered" Pets. I left him in their care for a few days at the end of Dec 2019. I come back to pick him up after New Years and he isn't able to walk at all. And of course Pampered Pets has no idea why. I don't like having cages for cats anyway but you'd think they'd be safe from harm.

Obviously something had to happen during his free time and I guess there wasn't any supervision. I find it hard to believe he miraculously stopped being able to walk right when I got to my house. Tucker had to be on pain meds and gabapentin, have X-rays done and he couldn't walk for a while. Luckily he sprung back.just to have trouble again months later.

I still think he injured his spine because he hasn't been the same since. I had to take away his cat tree in fear he would start limping again. I get that he could have injured himself but for them to have no recollection of it and have no idea how it happened is very frustrating. Of course I asked for footage from the cameras (that they say they have) and amazingly they weren't working. I will not rely on them to ever watch my cats again. I can't trust them.

The best dog resort in town. This is the only place we have left our dogs where they come back in better condition than when we left them.

Great place for pets, our dog loves it there. The staff are fabulous and friendly.

I recently applied for a job position and the hiring process was awesome. Jade was kindhearted and considerate. I felt comfortable during the interview process. The facility was very clean and well organized. The pets are loved and receive excellent care. Pampered Pet Resort is the perfect place to bring your fur babies!

My fur baby, Beau, seemed comfortable when I picked him up. He acted as normal as a cat does. Great place. This wa Beau's first spend the night away from home. We will use Per Resort again.

I love Pampered Pet Resort. My husband and I have looked at other places through the years but haven't found a better place for our 3 fur babies. Stephanie, the owner, is AMAZING! She's professional, caring and really takes the time to get to know you and your pets. Jade, the general manager, I trust implicitly with knowing my dogs themselves-their wants and needs but mostly she truly loves my dogs and loves and enjoys ALL of the animals that comes through PPR's doors. Jade is always willing to answer questions. Susan, a kennel tech, is one of the sweetest young woman; she always has a smile and an offer to help me get my pups in the car.

My dogs have always come home happy, content and thankfully tired and I can say the few times we've boarded them elsewhere we didn't get the same result. Thank you Stephanie and Jade for loving and taking care of our fur babies.

Been taking our dogs here over 12 yrs. always taken good care of them. Stephanie is very kind and knows them, they happy to go, and happy when we pick them up. Even especially careful with my elderly girl who is 17 now! They are fantastic, kind & caring!

I have boarded my two dogs there several times and have been very pleased with the staff and it's facilities. This most recent time we boarded the two dogs as well as our two cats. I was able to get updates on their stay and how things were going. Again I was very well pleased with each and every member of the Pampered Pets staff. Including the owner who I meet today (Saturday) when I picked up all four of our pets. The dogs and cats both seem calm and well cared for. I will continue to use them to board our pets!

I am surprised to see that some reviewers have said that the staff is rude, because I have always had good interactions with them! They are always courteous to my family. If I have to leave a message, they are very good about calling me back to schedule my appointment. My dog has been going here for YEARS while we are on vacation. Once my dog needed veterinary care, and the resort contacted the vet, took him, and gave him all the extra attention he needed while we were out of town. My dog always seems happy and well cared for, so we will continuing to use the Pampered Pet for life.

Stephanie and her staff are fantastic. She cares for every dog like they are her own. The facility is super clean and very well organized. They have both an indoor and outdoor play area so your dog doesn't have to just sit in a kennel all day. I have used this service several times and always very pleased. One of the best things is they will give you a tour of their facility ANYTIME.

You don't have to schedule an appointment to see this wonderful place. I drive from across town to use PPR because when I drop my dog off then I don't have to stress about her being taken care of properly. Peace of mind is priceless.
