I had previously called a different company and they never got back to me. I think the universe has way of working things out. The communication with Queen City Pet Setting has been EFFORTLESS! They are very receptive and responsive to messages and inquiries. Rose is my dog walker and she's a great comfort to me with my new puppy. She sends me notifications of how things are going. When my puppy was sick, she even texted me on her day off! I'm very thankful for this company and the employees

I wholeheartedly recommend them! I was nervous to board my pup with the crazy dog virus going around and they worked hard to be sure they could cover my needs. Savannah, my sitter, was great and I think honestly my animals were a little bummed when it was me that came home and not her!

Really great experience here. My dog has severe separation anxiety and when a family thing came up at the last minute that required my presence, these folks were so kind and responsive in helping me to find a solution quickly. The sitter was great and my dog, who doesn't often warm up quickly to men, really liked him. It was such a relief for me to know that someone was there to look after him when I had to be away from him. Definitely would recommend.

I have had very positive experiences with QC Pet Sitting. Our sitter Jeremy is wonderful! He texted me updates and pictures of our dog during his visits, and he spent extra time and showed lots of patience when he was being temperamental. Stacey is very responsive and has provided several ways of getting in touch with her or a staff member if needed. Highly recommend!

This petsitting service is the best, hands down! They were very prompt when I needed emergency sitting and just recently for going away on vacation this weekend! Debbie is so amazing! My cat loves her! I checked my camera later in day to briefly check on my cat and noticed a cute personalized gift on counter (tried zooming in, but so ready to see what it is!) Highly recommend this service!

I cannot rave enough about how much I LOVE Queen City Petsitting! I have to commute out of town each week and was concerned about finding a reliable petsitting service (for my cat) that would also work with me and be flexible around scheduling changes. QCP has done just that and more! Stacey and my primary petsitter, Sarah, have been an absolute DREAM and always go above and beyond in customer service.

We LOVE Queen City Petsitting. We use them for every family vacation and weekend trip. They take such great care of our older Boston Terrier. She loves being able to stay in a familiar space and enjoys the extra attention and love each pet sitter provides. The QCP team love the pets they care for and it shows. Was in a pinch and needed to find a good trust worthy pet sitter at the last minute before going out of town. I have two cats with a high level of specified care and needs, with what I consider complex instructions, and Queen City Pet Sitting could not have provided a better service. Our sitter was came before I left out of town for a consultation where she asked questions and immediately began to love my animals as if they were her own!

She was great with communication daily and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. She followed all of the instructions I left to a tee and I couldn't have been more pleased. I have had an excellent experience using QCP and Joanna. We travel frequently, and I can always rely on my sitter to take wonderful care of my dogs. My dogs can be distrustful of strangers, but they love Joanna. I also foster dogs and have a rotating menagerie of fosters coming into the house. She always takes great care of them - some have special behavioral issues and medical needs so this is no small task. My house is also always immaculate and well cared for when I return. Vacation is so much less stressful when I know that I can rely on QCP.

I have been using Queen City Petsitting for a few years now and am consistently so happy to have Debbie as my pet sitter! Debbie is always very responsive and communicative about my cat when I'm away and I feel better leaving town knowing my pet is in such caring hands. Queen City and Alan S have been amazing. The pups have formed a bond with Alan. It took two walks, but now they wait on him and get very excited for his arrival. Our building is a pain to get in and out of, but Alan navigated this to help us. We greatly appreciate the effort and companionship for our sweet pups.

Queen City Pet Sitting has taken care of 2 different cats for us over the years when we've traveled. In the past Jenny took care of our previous cat and did an amazing job and most recently Lorraine took care of our new cat during our first trip away since adopting him in January. She was amazing. Spent quality time with our cat each day, ensured he had adequate food, water and took care of his litter box.

She even watered our plants, as needed. Thank you Queen City Pet Sitting for the reliable and high quality service you've provided over the years and thank you Lorraine for taking such good care of our cat Sammy while we traveled. It was nice knowing he was in good hands. And thank you Stacey for making it so easy to set things up. They have been phenomenal with my sweet pup. I travel A LOT and have very much appreciated the level of care and attention paid to my dog. I used to always put her in the kennel but have found that she is better cared for and more comfortable at home. Lisa has emailed me following making my online reservation to make sure that everything is in place, and they've been very accommodating when I forgot to make a reservation and needed help last minute!

On top of that, I love the at home petsitting since kennels have random drop off hours - if I get home late in the evening from a trip, I get to see my pup immediately instead of having to wait to pick her up from the kennel the next morning. I highly recommend Queen City Petsitting, especially if you travel a lot, have a pet with anxiety, or just like knowing that your dog is getting individual attention.

We started using Queen City Petsitting after getting a new puppy who needed to be let out during the day while we were at work. It's always been an easy process to work with them. Jim treated our pup great and always left us notes about how their visits went, even an email with pictures from time to time. He is always more than accommodating with our schedule - we both work non-traditional schedules and have a toddler so it changes a lot to say the least. I would recommend both Queen City Petsitting and Jim, specifically, to anyone!

I have had a wonderful experience with Queen City Petsitting! Booking appointments and payment is made so easy (you can set up payments to be automatically charged and a receipt is sent to your email). I travel for work and often have long days, so it has been wonderful to have Stephanie let my dog out to break up the day for him instead of having to board him.

It is cheaper and much less stressful for my dog! Stephanie, in particular, has been phenomenal. She is so accommodating and helpful. Several times I have found out about last minute trips and have had travel delays and she has done several last minute trips for me. It has been nice to have such an accommodating, trustworthy company to watch my dog. I would recommend the company to anyone!
