Fuzzy Friends Petsitting

They are excellent. They visit once before your trip to get to know your pets and receive the keys. They use a little app (can be accessed on a computer or on your phone) to communicate, for payments, etc. I get two updates a day with photos. They explain everything and the prices and invoices etc. very thoroughly. Very reasonably priced. I plan to use their services again.

We have used Fuzzy Friends for some time, and they are perfect for our cat/bird visits when we travel, overnight or long weekends. The cat can hang out by herself for the days we are gone, and having Fuzzy (Jessica) come by and feed and attend to the cat and feed the birds is a welcome relief while traveling. Proof of life pictures every visit, with comments. We have been completely satisfied!

Thought I was aware of local pet sitters but didn't know Fuzzy. I found thru Nextdoor and am so glad. They are the best! Responsive. Same basic pricing. U can easily book and pay online. No guilty comments about last minute scheduling. They quickly tell you yes or can't. They always send photos and comments after visits. Fun but let's me know for sure they came!

This is the second time I have used this wonderful company to take care of my cats. Each visit is complete with a narrative of each cat attitude and behavior. Pictures of each and how well they ate their previous meal. Overall a wonderful service. Each visit Report is sent via email. Mail was picked up and brought in and garbage was put out. This is the best pet sitting service we have ever experience!

They were great! It snowed while we were away and they took such great care of our dogs and made sure they had enough potty breaks and attention while we were gone. They checked in after every visit and sent pictures which my kids loved! Would definitely recommend.

I was a pet sitter. I was nervous about someone coming into my home because I have heard nightmare stories from my former clients about pets getting lost, visits forgotten, etc. Fuzzy Friends sent me reports after each visit. This allowed me to enjoy my trip away from home. Very professional and trustworthy.

Our pet sitter was wonderful- sent us lots of notes to keep us updated and sent us photos of our pets throughout our trip. Overall, the company is very professional. I highly recommend them if you need a service to take care of your animals while traveling.

Loved the service from these folks, super caring people! My aunt recommended them to us, we had to go out of town for a funeral. We had two ladies alternate days, they kept us updated on all the pets temperaments and picture updates! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I was surprised to hear that my anti social cat came out to say hi! She sent picture evidence other wise I might not have believed it lol.

After this good experience, I trust these guys to watch my pets, it's a peace of mind knowing that if something happens I can schedule them and my fur babies will be taken care of.

Best thing we ever found. We have four cats and could only leave town for short trips. Since we have found Jessica and Deborah we can now leave for longer trips. They took great care of the cats and now the cats are begging us to leave town more often so their new friends can take care of them. Went above our expectations!

Words can't express how much Fuzzy Friends and Deborah mean to my husband and I! A short-notice trip has come up requiring sitting for my fur babies and again, Deborah and Fuzzy Friends are right there ready to keep an eye on my little ones. By providing updates with photos on what the kitties are doing, and letting me know that their medication was administered successfully, I feel completely at ease leaving my babies in their care. We recently had to travel out of State; short notice. We got an immediate response and they were able to accommodate. Our dogs had not been left in the care of others for quite some time. We also have a senior that needed medication. I couldn't be more pleased with the care they received, and the communication we had with sitter (Katie) while we were gone.

It's also a relief to know we now have access to care that is superlative. Katie also brought in the mail! Highly recommend Fuzzy Friends! I also thought the charges were very reasonable.

Terri has taken care of my moms pets for the past two years and done an amazing job - we get email updates with photos after every visit. We're alerted when anything is going wrong, and they give the pets really great care. LOVE Fuzzy Friends!

We use Fuzzy Friends both for cat sitting when we are out of town and to walk our dog if we can't be home during the day. They are wonderful to work with. Very responsive and have even been able to accommodate last minute changes when we needed it. I love knowing my pets are in good hands when we can't be with them.

My request for a pet sitter was very short notice. Fuzzy Friends response was immediate. The pet sitters were friendly, caring, and had me totally at ease that my cat would be well taken care of while I was away recovering from a knee replacement. They showed a sincere interest in my cat, and I received a daily report on and pictures of their daily interactions while at my home.

Although he eventually warms up to people, it does take many visits for him to trust a new person; however, he took to Terri right away. I had no hesitation in leaving him and my other dog under Terri's care. I have also found Terri to be reliable and on time and she does more than just sit - she plays with my little guys and gives them lots of attention.

I also appreciate that this is her JOB, it is not a sideline. She does a lot of research on food, toys, pet behaviors and signs of stress and illness in various animals. I have gotten good advice from her re: dental care and great suggestions on toys for my picky little doggies. I trust her to be in my home and trust her with my two favorite dogs in the world.

Terri is a nice lady who cares for animals, but after having such excellent pet sitters where I used to live, I was disappointed. I always had to ask for updates to see how my pets were doing, even after the first time I used her. Also, she couldn't get to the alarm pad in time to turn it off and it went off twice. The alarm pad is only a few feet from the door. The police ended up coming to my house.

Our standard poodle Bentley loves Terri! Terri is very reliable, pleasant, caring and we enjoy talking with her. She is extremely knowledgeable in pet care and helped my husband understand Bentley being stressed out when I was out of town! Terri is always willing to go the extra mile.

I use Fuzzy Friends every time I have to leave town for a few days. It's a pretty seamless process as they take their time to ensure they have proper access to the home and take care of your pet the way YOU want them taken care of.

Terri Adams Perry of Fuzzy Friends Petsitting is, in our opinion, the best petsitter in the ABQ area. Whenever we need to travel, she takes care of our two dogs (one of whom is a giant crazy GSD) and our old special needs cat. Our pets always welcome her enthusiastically when she arrives. She feeds, waters, medicates, walks, anything your pet might need.

One of our neighbors actually commented "I really like your dogwalker lady". If you're a wild bird lover, she'll fill your feeders and birdbaths. She's professional, reliable, prompt, responsible, and very personable. She's an amazing person and she and Fuzzy Friends deserve 6 stars instead of 5.

We first met Terri when we won a gift certificate for Fuzzy Friends at a dog event in Rio Rancho but didn't think she would come to the Old Town area of Albuquerque. We were so glad when she did. Terri makes sure the dogs feel comfortable with her and that she understands their needs. We had two very old dachshunds and totally trusted her with their care when we were out of town.

I have been using Terri's services for a while now, she is wonderful. I have a dog that does not eat when I am gone, Terri was able to get him to eat, that is worth a lot in my book. My dogs and cats just love her and my dogs are not friendly with just anyone. She is very conscientious, makes sure your pets are well cared for. I will not trust my beloved pets to anyone else.
