Suzi with Homeward Hounds Pet Sitting is amazing and our fur babies, Tegan and Emma just LOVE her! We know our kitties are truly looked after while we're away because of Suzi's professional care, attention to detail and amazing updates on our babies when we travel for work! She also goes above and beyond when cleaning up silly kitty surprise messes (they decided to knock a plant over in the kitchen and Suzi came to the rescue, cleaned up and repotted the plant too!) Suzi is the only one we call. Thank you!

Suzi is the only one we trust to watch our Charlie. She takes excellent care of her, makes sure she is safe, and always goes the extra mile. Additionally, as first-time dog parents, Suzi has been an invaluable resource and provides great advice and guidance when we've asked. She is licensed and insured. Suzi is the absolute best! Having no human children, Sammy, a miniature schnauzer, is my child! I absolutely cannot stand to leave her when we go away, but I don't worry for a second when leaving her with Suzi! She is part of the family there and loved immensely. Suzi takes amazing care of her and treats her like her own fur baby! It makes me feel so good knowing that someone will care for her the way I do!

I've been using Homeward Hounds for years to take care of my Labrador. When I say "Let's go see Suzie" Molly is ready to go. I know Suzie treats my pet like she was her own, and have no problem leaving Molly for a day or a week. When your pet likes her keeper, you know they are getting treated with kindness and love. Suzie is simply the best.

Suzi is an animal lover through and through. Our little baby Lulu does not love being around other people or animals.but the moment she met Suzi all that changed. She is caring and loves to send you photos of what your pet is doing so you don't worry so much. It's like summer camp but better!

Homeward Hounds/Suzi Abrams is by far our first choice when we need a dog sitter. We have used her service on several occasions, one time for nearly 2 weeks. We have 5 dogs that are truly members of our family. I love how Suzi pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew about each of our dogs: feeding schedules, nicknames, routines, likes/dislikes, etc.

This last trip, 3/2021, one of our senior girls, Foxy, who is on heart meds and a special renal diet, stopped eating. Suzi calmly updated us on Foxy's condition and asked, with our approval, she would like to feed her eggs and salmon as an alternative. I am happy to say that Suzi's suggestions worked and our girl started to eat. Foxy takes her heart medication with food and not eating would be detrimental to her health. Suzi is trustworthy, kind, and truly loves animals.

Her compassion and experience caring for animals is second to none. Our dogs love her. By far, she has been the best pet sitter we have ever had. Definitely a five-star service! We would be happy to provide personal references upon request. P.S: She also sends us great pictures and video updates while we are apart from our four legged family!

This is my first experience with a petsitter and I cannot recommend Suzi enough! She made me feel completely at ease leaving my kitties with her. Coming into my first house visit with her, I knew very little about the petsitting business and she helped inform me on the ins-and-outs of it all, including the importance of finding someone who is insured and experienced.

In terms of safety, she worked with me to find the safest possible solution to drop-off my house key so that my home and my cats would be secure. She even sent me updates every day with photos and videos of my little ones! When I came home, my cats were in much better moods than when I have left them in a kennel in the past. Like I said before, Suzi was an excellent pet sitter and I will definitely be using her services in the future!

Our kitties love her and so do we! We always know our kitties are in the best of care when we are away. We have a diabetic cat and Suzi is great with giving him insulin injections twice a day. She truly loves our cats as much as we do!!

Suzi Burk is an amazing pet sitter! She keeps our dogs, Que and Zena. She also kept our dog Pickles, who was a diva. She hand feeds them when they won't eat and snuggles with them to make them feel like they are at home. She sends us pictures so we can see how they are doing. Suzi is accommodating to our schedule and is sensitive to our pets needs.

We have had many pet sitters, across 4 states, but Suzi is by far the best sitter we have ever had! Most importantly, she has the amazing ability to design her pet care efforts to meet the needs of each of our dogs' personalities. Suzi is our first outside pet sitter, so you can imagine our trepidation at the start. We have a combined crew of two dogs and four cats, but Suzi never blinks an eye, handling each of their feeding (and cat box) needs with each visit. She sends us text message updates and pictures, which is a relief for this worrywart! We have always felt confident that our pets are in great hands.
