Joanna and her team at Wagg'nPurr are SOOO AMAZING! We have been working with them for a long time and EVERYTIME, they are SOOO wonderful! They take such good care of our two cats and we always get a picture of them! They are SOOO committed to giving the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! For us, the cats are our "kids" and we are ALWAYS SOO comfortable leaving our kids with Joanna and her team! Susan, you are a ROCK STAR and the "kids" LOVE you and Joanna! We had Barbara come and take care of our poodle and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Our boy is still very mouthy and high energy as he is only 7 months old, but they handled him very well. We got pictures of the visit which we loved. The communication and payment were reliable and simple. Will definitely use them again in the future. Our baby even got some treats at the last visit.

We have never left our guy, who is part of the family with ANYONE other than my mom. We were in a tough spot and a friend recommended Wagg'nPurr. They came out for an initial meet and greet' to make both Scooter and I more comfortable, both of us had a little anxiety about this. Scooter became very comfortable with Susan quickly, she was very understanding of his needs.

Not only did they put my mind at ease, they were extremely flexible. My schedule continued to change and I didn't always have access to my computer and JoAnna made it easy to make those changes; taking care of Scooter and allowing me to take care of my family without worrying. I can't thank her or her team enough!

Susan has been consistently helpful watching the cats, and is always willing to do whatever they need to be happy.

We spontaneously adopted a cat, who we love, but were unsure how to make sure she was taken care of during our planned vacation. We thankfully found Wagg'nPurr through Nextdoor and have been so happy with the service. Everyone's been super polite and responsive, and we got updates during our vacation to reassure us that our cat was OK.

We have two kitties and one doesn't do well away from home. We waited until just a couple of days before our Christmas trip and tried to find an alternative to taking them to a boarding facility. We found you and we were so lucky that we did! You accommodated us at the last minute and sent over Susan for a visit. We immediately knew it was going to be a great fit because the anxious kitty didn't hide when she showed up!

We can't be more thrilled with the level of service and care Susan gave us and our kitties! We now know we can head out on a trip and the fur-kids will be home in their own environment and taken care of! Thanks again to Susan for taking care of Zephy and Zavi! You are the very best!

Wouldn't travel.5 miles south of their Toll 45 service boundary. Why say you service Round Rock if you won't come to my RR address? Geez! Oh and they are members of "Austin Petsitter Association" but don't service Austin! What!? Grrr.

We had the opportunity to use your services for the first time this weekend and it was an absolute awesome experience for our pets, not to mention my husband and I! Kim is such a great asset to your Team. She asked all the right questions and checked in with us each time with pictures of our pets and a summary of her visit. I know my fur babies felt loved, and on top of that, Kim left a nice note with some treats for them before she left on Sunday. Thank you for providing such a great service. Wagg'nPurr was one of the best decisions I ever made. I have two cats and I had a lot of traveling to do this year for my family. I had left them in a shelter before, and although they did a good job, I still worried every day because they were in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people. Wagg'nPurr sent me pictures every day, and since I met the lady taking care of them before I left, I felt comfortable leaving them with her.

There was one day she texted me and told me the air conditioning felt like it wasn't working anymore. I called my apartment and let them know. My cat's caretaker came back free of charge on her own time to make sure it was fixed. The dedication by Wagg'nPurr impressed me and I will always go back to them for any time I leave my two cats in the future!

Wagg 'n Purr Pet Sitters are simply the best. We have been customers since 2010, and have never once had any cause for complaint or worry. Joanna and her team of pet sitters are excellent, and have always taken the best care of our three dogs whenever we've had to travel. They provide great feedback and communication about the dogs while we're away, and also take care of the little household things while we're gone.

I love how convenient they've made scheduling appointments through their website. I really believe our dogs get far better care, and are much safer, staying at the home they're used to. Wagg 'n Purr always listens to whatever needs our dogs may have, and they get to play outside in their own backyard. No boarding facility could ever compete with that.

Absolutely awesome! Rest assured, this is the way to go for your pets! I have two big dogs and they are my children. I cannot stand to board them and they're very particular with certain people and most especially, other dogs. My sitter is ALISON and she is a LIFE-SAVER! She is so wonderful with my boys (Franklin & Harvey) and they love her. She even texts me pictures when she's with them and always has a funny little comment too!

What makes her even BETTER is that she's saved me in so many unexpected, last minute situations- flight cancellations or delays, last minute visit requests: no problem! She is so accommodating and flexible. I've been stuck out of town, expecting to get home one night but a flight delay puts me home the next instead- I just text Alison and tell her what's going on and she assures me its no problem and that my pups will be taken care of.

She is seriously awesome! In addition to all of this, the booking and paying system is impeccable! Everything is done online, its user-friendly, you don't get billed until after services are rendered and you just pay online. This has been the best experience overall in any situation when I have to leave my pets. I have used Wagg'nPurr Pet Sitters at least once a month for the past 4 months and already have 2 visits scheduled for December. THANK YOU GUYS!

After realizing how traumatic boarding was for our first dog, we researched in-home care and tried Wagg'nPurr. We have since hired Joanna and company several times over the past couple of years to care for them. We have never been disappointed and our animal family fares very well under their care. The first reservation took some work as we were adding information about all the animals (there were 4 at the time), but it is easy to book now with just minor updates on animal meds or special care.

With the online reservation is also the ability to pay invoices online. A nice surprise the first time they took care of our pets was that they send picture updates to our phones. That is great peace of mind while you are away to see your pets thriving. This past week, Joanna and Katie cared for our menagerie again--now two big dogs, two aging cats, a bearded dragon and his cricket friends.

They cleaned up after a sick cat and washed muddy towels from dogs. Best recommendation came from my shy dog who doesn't warm up to many people. While walking her, we saw Joanna caring for a neighbor's pets and my dog got very excited and started pulling on her leash to go see Joanna. I hesitated to write a review--I don't want Waggn'Purr to get so busy that they are booking up way far in advance.

But that wouldn't be fair--they deserve the credit. I highly recommend Joanna and crew to care for anyone's pets. They are reliable, professional and it is clear they know and love animals.

Like others have said, wagg'npurr is the real deal! The owner Joanna, is the nicest, and most considerate person i've ever done business with. She took the time to really get to know my high-energy kitten, and gave him the extra love he needed! She was constantly in contact, sending pictures, updates, and even brought my little guy a bunch of new toys. We absolutely love Wagg'nPurr! We had never used a pet sitter before, but Joanna called and walked us through the whole process. When Cynthia came to our house, she put us right at ease. Cynthia took excellent care of our two dogs while we were out of town. She sent us pictures and updates while we were gone - and I'm positive our dogs didn't miss us at all!

I recently got locked out of my house and was unable to reach anyone with a key. Cynthia came right over and let me back in the house! Cynthia has gone above and beyond and we will continue to count on Wagg'nPurr when we have to go out of town!

When our long-time sitter told us we were no longer in her service area, we had to find a new one and were referred to Wagg'nPurr by our vet. Wow! We thought the last sitter was good but these guys are even better. Beth is our sitter and our three cats just love her. She keeps us informed with texts and pics while we're away and always lets us know if there is anything that might need attention.

We love the convenient web site which lets us put in our reservations well in advance, too. The prices are very competitive with other services we looked at. Unlike some other services, the initial consultation was free. We are happy travellers now, knowing that our kitten-kinder are in good hands while we are away!

We have used Wagg, npurr for awhile. They have been prompt and very flexible in scheduling, Due to my job there have been times that I need to call at the very last minute and they have responded to the need without issue. I have 2 very big dogs who just love the owners. and it is always better for the boys to be at home when i go away. I cant say enough about their service.

Calling Wagg'n Purr amazing is an understatement! My wife and I were faced with the passing of my grandmother in New Mexico and one week later, the hospitalization of my mother in law in Kansas. There was no hesitation for Joanna to get things in place for our "girls". What a relief to know that with all the stress of getting things ready for a trip, we did not have to worry about who will care for our cats. "Care" is just a neutral word when it comes to Wagg'n Purr--the better word is "love", because our sitters Janice and Joanna truly gave our cats love.

We have used Wagg'nPurr for several years whenever we go out of town. They really put us at ease, even with two really old cats. One cat has to get insulin shots twice a day, and some vets won't even do that service in their own vet room and board. The women that we have worked with go out of their way to do a wonderful job, and the owner calls if she has questions about care or how things are going. A great service, and beyond what is just a pet sitter.

Janice is the surrogate mother for our little bundle of kitty fuzziness while we are away, and we are so appreciative. I used to avoid going away from home much before we started using Wagg'nPurr, but gratefully I am able to be at ease now and enjoy myself when traveling. These pet sitters are the real deal. Very professional and reliable. Their website has a client login that allows clients to request services and give details about their pets' needs and behaviors. The site is very user friendly. The service is not cheap, but if your pets don't do well in a kennel or if you don't have the heart to kennel them (I sure don't), then check these guys out.

If you know and appreciate the term, "set and forget" it best captures Joanna's attention to detail. I was gone for three weeks, and being the OCD prone character that I am, I was wondering what I might come home to with two female cats left behind. I left Joanna pretty detailed instructions in response to her estimate for services, and I cannot overstate just how she EXCEEDED the norms that I expected.

The house was orderly, it smelled the way I had left it, and the area looked as if this ole OCD character had just been there all along. She left me periodic text messages on the status of matters in such an up beat tone. When I arrived home, I found a delightful note with some goodies for the kitties and a warm note of thanks for being chosen our pet care provider.

Bottom line, I was thrilled with the care of the cats.yes she even brushed them, played with them and took the litter box gunk away. Joanna's my choice hands down.so much so that I posted a pic on my Face Book page showing the note, the goodies for the cats and the M&Ms treat for this ole fart. Thank you, Joanna. I called Wagg’nPurr last minute when scheduled to go out of town and realized that my dog’s Bordatella was not up to date. No pet hotel = big emergency! They were amazing. I received a return phone call right away and Beth came out with such short notice and so much respect for my time when my schedule did not allow the same for her. They were so accommodating, asked all of the important questions, and sent a picture of my dog looking VERY happy after her walk/feeding!

My dog is pretty flexible and doesn’t demand a lot but, Beth wanted to make sure to do whatever she would need. I am so happy to find this service and I won’t ever worry about my dog being anxious while in boarding again. I would 100% recommend them to care for your pet in the comfort of your home.
