Woof City Pet Villa and Spa

Absolutely the best! From the adorable setting, to the noticeable cleanliness and the friendly staff, we loved every part of Woof City! The updates and pictures we got throughout our trip helped so much as we missed our little guy quite a bit! I feel like they treat the dogs as their own, it's so sweet. I can't say enough great things and we will definitely be customers for life!

I can't say enough good things about Woof City and their staff! My dog has pretty extreme separation anxiety, but she loves going to Woof City! We used to board at our vet's office, but in every update picture they would send my dog's tail would be between her legs - she never got comfortable. I love our vet's office, but I felt terrible about boarding her there.

When we pull up to Woof City she practically drags me to the front door. They let her take her favorite toy out to the yard to play which, next to car rides, is her favorite thing ever. They treat the dogs like they are part of their own family.

Great animal facility in Frisco. Very clean establishment, caring workers and the groomer is fabulous. Want go anywhere else. Give them a try!

This was the first time we ever put our dog into boarding while we went on a trip. They took such good care of Baloo. We got pictures everyday of how he was doing, and it made us feel so much better. We could see how happy he was, and we knew he was being taken care of.

Really liked this place. Very friendly staff. They let us tour the entire place before boarding our pups. Extremely clean and staff that seem to be very caring.

Duncan had his first grooming with Brittany and he looks great! She did a wonderful job and really listened and took care of my fur baby. I will definitely be coming back for grooming and boarding. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for taking care of my baby.

My Poppy is well taken care of at Woof City. They take such care in administering her special diet and routine meds without issue. I believe Poppy genuinely likes staying here. No hesitation walking in and is always happy and healthy when i pick her up. Love getting the report cards when I'm on the road. Great job Woof City!

I can't say enough about this cute little place! It's the one dog boarder that I trust in the area, they always take good care of my pups. The place does not have the sterile dog boarder or grooming feel to it. It's in an old house so it feels home "homey". They always send me report cards during the stay and are so nice. I will keep bringing my pups here, thanks Woof City!

Our beloved Ringo loves his time at Woof City! They treat him so well and loved that we think he likes it here better than home! He enjoys playing with friends and I know he feels so well taken care of. He is never nervous or anxious coming or going. highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and the facility is clean for a dog hotel. We had Bosco stay over night and when we picked him up he was a happy camper. He was allowed to roam around and make friends. Will definitely be back in a few months when we go out of town. Thanks!

Saw this place while driving by. We have been looking for a grooming and boarding facility for my 1 year old goldendoodle. After doing a walk through, I fell I'm love with the facility. Thanks again Brooke for your kindness.

My two goldendoodles have been a part of this family for over 10 years both for boarding and grooming. There aren't enough words to explain how absolutely wonderful and loving they have been to Tipton & Teilor. We recently lost Tipton. They have made Teilor feel so warm and welcome by always pairing her with another friend, so she wasn't alone. It means a lot to know that my babies are taken care of when we can not be there for them. It's always been their home away from home. Their favorite vacay too! Keep up the heartfelt work. Y'all are amazing!

Admittedly. I am an employee at Woof City but I can tell you this review is a long time coming as I used WC for my own babies. I have worked here now for over 8 years and in no way, shape, or form would I support and continue on with a company I wouldn't trust my 3 golden retrievers visiting. (Side note mine literally drag me up to the door to get in) always research your facility and get to know the staff and tour where you are bringing your babies.

I can honestly promise we will do everything to make them feel at home and loved while away from home. It's what I would want for my own and I see no reason for anyone to settle for any less. Amazing what kindness and compassion can do when your fur babies need a warm and friendly place to stay

We recently found Woof City and are so happy! Their facility gives such a family setting and you can tell they truly care about all the dogs they groom. Brittany is amazing. She treats Sprocket as her own dog! His hair cuts are always great and leaves smelling so good! Happy we found you!

We LOVE Woof City. Staff is so loving and caring. We feel so safe with our pet in their care. Ringo comes home happy and healthy after his stay. And he is always so fresh and clean, their grooming is fabulous

I took my two fur babies for grooming services for the first time and I'm going to say that I loved it. They did a good work and customer service was perfect. Highly recommend this place.

Brittney is the ONLY person I trust to groom my dog. She is very patient and loves on my dog the same way I do. My dog has an autoimmune disorder where she is fully blind; she takes EXTRA care on my dog and helps her with her anxiety of feeling as she cannot see. Definitely use brittney when you come to Woof city! Brittney will be grooming all my dogs forever.

We've been a customer for years because our dogs LOVE Woof City. They love the people at Woof City just like family. There's no "separation anxiety" because our dog is eager to go in and be treated like the princess she thinks she is. It really does make a difference at drop off when the dogs look forward to visiting and think of the staff as extended family.

The staff is smart, friendly and they communicate well. We're always confidant that our dog is well cared for. We also LOVE the grooming here; our little darling comes back, clean, trimmed and happy! No trauma. No drama. Just clean, well groomed and happy. This is an excellent boarding and grooming facility run by terrific, caring and trustworthy people. Highly recommended based on recent and long term experiences!

I have been taking my two doodles to Woof City for years. Everyone that is there loves on the dogs. It's a happy place to be. The dogs and the helpers seem to like to be there. I have been on vacation and received pictures of the pups texted to me several times. Alice is so kind. Although I treat my dogs like family, I don't feel a tad bit guilty leaving them at Woof City to play and mingle with other similar sized dogs. Five stars from me!

Alice, the owner is so sweet and loves the dogs so much If you take your dog more than once, all the staff knows your dog's names, and they keep up with any of the owners requests and special instructions you might have for you pet, they are all SO good! Here's how I know my dogs are happy there, I have an 80 lbs dog that literally pulls me to the door, tail a wagging The rest of my dogs are the same, so excited to get to go there, kind of hurts my feelings, because once inside, they are like Mommy who?.They are too busy being excited and happy to be there, and that thrills me, knowing they love it there Alice, has went out of the way to make their stays as homey as it can get, the place itself is a home.

They play with the dog's and give them lots of loving. I'll never take my dog's anywhere else, peace of mind that your fur babies are being well taken care of, is Everything!

This is a review of Groomer Sharlotte. This was our first visit to Woof. Sharlotte just started her on 7/08/19. She's all that and more. She's been grooming my Standard Poodle Lannister since he was 16 weeks old and he's now 3 years old. She's most patience with my boy and we both trust her, totally! If your looking for a really amazing. Groomer, she's the real ONE!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Woof City Pet Villa. This was my first experience leaving my 11 month old Jack Russell, Jax, with someone or a boarder over night. I felt at ease with how responsive and attentive the staff was. They showed me the facility which was more of a casual home style environment with quarters prepared for different age groups.

The facility was clean and I couldn't imagine how hard it is to keep up with all that. Jax stayed 3 nights and I was very pleased with the experience. Alice, Jenn and Seth were wonderful. I would recommend this place.

My 4 dogs love woof city! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. Staff is loving and genuinely cares for the dogs. My dogs are happy as soon as we pull up and always well taken care of and happy when we pick up. Alice is incredibly and huge animal lover. I recall her staying overnight with my dogs one visit because one was terrified of thunderstorms. Highly recommend woof city. Top notch!

I can't thank this place enough for the excellent customer service we received yet again while picking our dog up today. I always find it amusing when people feel the need to be cruel in reviews just for the sake of getting their point across. My entire family boards our fur babies at Woof City when we travel or even just for drop in doggy day care. Gail and the entire staff are truly so genuine and trustworthy.

Our dogs Denali and Piper get so excited when we pull up and have NEVER come home smelling like urine or cigarettes, so I find that previous review a little sketchy. Thank you for being a home away from home when needed!

This was our very first time boarding Oliver; he's a 1 year old pit. We didn't know what to expect, but have several friends who referred us, so we decided to check them out. Overall, we loved the "homey" concept and the pricing seemed to be very fair. We've heard several boarding services like to nickel & dime their clients. Woof City simply doesn't do that.

I did have 2 minor issues that caused me to rate just a 4, instead of a 5. When we booked the service, and when we checked Oliver in, we requested he be groomed the day we picked him up. That did not happen. Also, the lady checking him out was unable to tell us about his stay. I didn't expect a detailed summary, but some sort of information about how he handled the experience would have been nice. He does have some splotches in his fur, so we're wondering if he was nervous? We just don't know.

We have been bringing our dogs here for a few years. Within the last year or so the service has been extremely poor. It is always chaotic when checking in (staff seems overwhelmed) and the place reeks of urine. The minute you walk in, you are hit with the odor. I took my dog for daycare on Monday and he came home smelling like urine. Had an appointment for grooming the next day and even after a full groom he came back smelling like cigarette smoke and urine. I will not return. Very disappointing.

My boy Kato and I absolutely LOVE this place! I've been bringing my pup here for about a month now, 2 or 3 times a week, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, my dog is always so excited when we pull up, and when I pick him up after day care he's content and ready for a nap, which is impressive, cause he's quite a handful! You get the vibe as soon as you walk into the place that everyone there really cares for the dogs, they even made an exception for me on a very busy boarding day to take Kato when I told them he would be in his crate all day.

They pay attention to detail and to your dog's needs and personality, and it truly shows in my dog. He's still a bit mischievous, he is a puppy after all, but even on days he doesn't go to day care, he's just a happier, better behaved, more relaxed dog. This place has been a total life saver for us, we will likely be life long patrons of Woof City, and couldn't recommend it more highly!

Woof City was excellent!! They took care of my dog with so much care. It has a clean and spacious atmosphere for each animal. This was our first experience leaving our dog at a boarder and it was wonderful!

I was so lucky I found Woof City. The atmosphere is great. The people are friendly and truly enjoy the pets they have. There are two large indoor play rooms and about an acre of fence outdoor play area. When I picked Tahoe up she was laying on the couch next to the receptionist. She was so happy. Yep, this is the place for Tahoe.

This is my second home. My parents always take me to Woof City when they go on vacation. I love the staff and the other dogs. I also like to manage the front desk. Woof!

We have always used Woof City for boarding. I feel good knowing that my dog gets lots of kisses and attention while we are gone. The staff here seem to love what they do and it shows. My Rosie wags her tail and walks right in every time and that says a lot.

We love Woof City! Piper gets so excited when she realizes she is headed there whether it is for the day or boarding. The atmosphere at Woof City mirrors what she is familiar with at home. She loves Alice and Jen and it makes me feel so good about leaving her with them. I’ve used Woof City for daycare, boarding, grooming and regular baths and they never disappoint!
