Their staff is AMAZING! I brought in a turtle that had had been hit and had a cracked shell. The Vet was very knowledgeable. We had a leopard gecko and hadn't found a vet for it but we will definitely be bring her here.

I have no words to express my gratitude for this clinic and it's people. They've treated all my birds since moving here and show such compassion, knowledge and care for their patients. Most recently, they fit my cockatoo, Sweet Pea, in as an emergency due to her becoming sick. They didn't rush us and took time to really look her over even though they were fitting us in. Thank you so much! We love all of you!

I feel like the care is good. The vets seem really great. However one vet assistant seems to run things in the repro department. She's very opinionated and not the friendliest person. So we switched to Intermountain.

Both times we have brought in our leopard gecko Pepper. They took super good care of him and were very kind. Super professional and highly recommended. Dr. Bierman is the absolute best!

They cared more about my dog than any other vet or animal hospital. They actually got on the ground with him to do the exam and wanted to make sure he was comfortable. It almost seemed like they appreciated they could spend time with him. Certainly glad I switched vets.

Today we saw Dr. Calhoun and Amber for an emergency visit with our GSP. Our regular vet's office wouldn't schedule our sweet girl for 3 days, despite her being unable to open one of her eyes. Dr. Calhoun graciously saw our girl and was able to make a diagnosis, get her on some meds, and refer us to a specialist. We are so thankful to Dr. Calhoun and Amber for their kindness and professionalism.

Our entire experience today was as seamless as could have been expected. The ladies at the reception/checkout desk were so kind and professional, as well. The clinic was clean, the staff kind, and we felt their prices to be absolutely reasonable. Dr. Calhoun made it a point to introduce himself and remember our names, and he had a firm, confident demeanor which we found reassuring in a down-to-earth way. Apparently our dog did, too, because she was very cooperative during her visit. We look forward to making Dr Calhoun our regular veterinarian for both of our dogs.

Idaho veterinary hospital is outstanding. I've searched for many years for the right veterinarians. My dogs are no longer stressed out when I take them to the vet. Thank you IVH And Dr Schultz.

Amazing staff who really care about helping your pets. I have always had great experiences here. We mostly see Dr. Hacker, but I would trust anyone here. It can be a little more expensive here compared to some other vets, but you definitely get what you pay for!

These guys are over booked and busy. But we'll worth it! Well knowledge, so helpful. I feared my pet rat was badly injured. Waiting for 2 hr cause they had many emergency surgeries that made em abit backed up but they constantly had some one coming in to check up on my rat and I. I felt at ease despite the chaos they were given over the weekend not to expensive for costs. These guys will sure help no matter the animal. Thank you guys. My rat Lilly is back to her spunky self again ^_^

They were amazing with my bunny who was sick! They saw him quickly, were so great with him even though he was scared, and didn't try to push a bunch of exorbitant tests and treatments! I will for sure be taking my pets here in the future!
