I was a walk-in and waited about 2 hours but never got in before I had to somewhere else. Service was all curbside but the staff that was checking people in and retrieving pets were very helpful and extremely nice, even though they were working non-stop. Couldn't be seen the tech gave me a few tips to keep this at Bay until I can get an appointment at my regular vet and provided me with a list of other providers between here and El Paso. The way I was treated by the staff makes me want to go back to this vet service in the future.

Amazing staff and Dr. Ceniceros is one of the best veterinarian I have gone to. On vacation in Las Cruces and my pug started coughing uncontrollably. They were able to get us in worked with us to get her stable enough to travel back home. I consulted with our veterinarian internist in Minneapolis and they agreed with the diagnosis and treatment that Dr. Ceniceros had prescribed. Thanks to all the staff that took such great care of our little Lucie!

This is the absolute best service I could ever have for my pet family. I know they really do listen because they are always able to offer options. They understand that we love them. They are very courteous, and personable, and patient, and respectful, and professional, and knowledgeable, and incredibly well trained people. I have trusted 3 animals to their care. I appreciate and thank God for them.

Great vets, but they're always running 30 minutes or up over an hour behind. Had an appointment for 10am, vets informed me that my apt. was at 10:30 instead. Waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes for nothing, which could've been completely avoided. Do not bother making an appointment, because people that just driveup in a whim get seen and evaluated first.
My cat was an emergency appointment but "emergency" isn't actually that here. You're just squeezed in between appointments, and you could be waiting for up to an hour. No sense of urgency. Tl;Dr: The appointment setter informed that my appointment was at a certain time when in fact, it wasn't. Waiting over 30 minutes close to hour for my emergency appointment.
People who drive up without an appointment have more priority to be seen than people who have made appointments. Very very frustrating. The only reason I come here is that the staff is very friendly, and the services are economy friendly.

We have cats & dogs - all who go to Calista. The staff & Vets are all absolutely amazing! They all communicate what's going on even during an emergency. Sadly we've lost 2 of our aging pets over the past few years & Calista was there to help us and offer support. They went the extra mile when we had our cat & German Shepherd cremated. It still brings tears to my eyes thinking about how kind they were to us. Check out Calista, you will definitely be happy with your furbaby's care.
