We brought our American bulldog here for a week while out of town. Customer service was great, answered all our questions in timely manner. The issue we had was when we came to pick up our boy, he was extremely skinny. We had left his food for them to use and when they rolled it out it looked like it was barely touched. I wont be recommending them or coming back unfortunately.

My dog Skye has been going here all her life and she loves it! Also she is hard to keep clean but they do a great job cleaning her! (She is a husky and doesn't tolerate much cleaning but they do a fantastic job and they are always so kind to her and us!) I will always take her here for the best treatment of my dog!

Our dog River loves it here! After boarding her at two other local dog boarding places before trying Mountain View Pet Lodge I can easily say that we have found our boarding home away from home for our River to stay while we are out of town and she can't come with us. We had her groomed as well and they did a wonderful job! Staff here is responsive, courteous and caring. Thanks for loving on our River!

We loved taking our dog to this kennel until he contracted kennel cough - the lady we spoke to about this seemed very unconcerned. She did say there is many ways a dog can get kennel/canine cough which I do know to be true, however she proceeded to tell me there are areas that the dogs frequent daily that are only cleaned once a week. To me, that is very disappointing - my dog is like my child and to find out that there is unsanitary conditions at this kennel are deeply concerning.
I can't help but think my dog getting sick could've been prevented had this place been more sanitary/thorough with cleaning procedures. I hope they don't have this issue in the future and that they step up their sanitation habits.

My poor dog hadn't been groomed for a while so his hair was long. matted and he looked like a mess. We called MVPL and they took us in pretty quickly, when it came time to pick up our dog Charlie, we were in for a shock. I can't thank them enough!. He looks beautiful! They did a great job! He is clean and so soft. I would recommend them to everyone. We will definitely go back! 01/03/20.

My lab and bullmastiff stayed for five days and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and didn't mind me calling to check up on them and reassuring me. Clean building and affordable pricing. When I picked my dogs up they smelled good and didn't even feel dirty (which they usually do after boarding).
