The staff is very professional and well trained. Dr. E. Evans speaks in terms that are understandable to a "lay" person. He and his staff treat my cats as though they are family members and do not try to force additional testing in order to make money. I would highly recommend New Hope Animal Hospital to everyone.

Dr Evans couldn't say enough how my dogs needed to lose weight. Your dog choking uncontrollably? Fat! I am now finally going for a second opinion. Tired of everything fat. Did he take an ex ray? No. Just your dog is fat

So far, so good. No complaints! Everyone seems friendly and seems to genuinely love my dog as I am sure they love all animals who come in.

Dr. Evans takes the time and asks me the questions that enable him to get to the bottom of my dog's problems. Dr. Evans has a wonderful bedside manner! Every staff member I have come in contact with demonstrates a sincere love for animals. The staff goes out of its way to make my dog feel comfortable.

We have been taking our pets to New Hope for almost 7 years. We even take them in for just nail trims. Our Ellie Mae get so excited when I tell her she is getting her nails trim. It's like a kid going to a candy store. The staff have been awesome and are great at handling our dogs. Jethro doesn't like to be separated from Ellie so when they would come get them they would take them both or come back for the other very quickly. Gibbs went in today for his checkup and shots.

They always make sure to check for our concerns. I love being able to drop the cats off and pick them up later for their appointments. Great place and car. Yes we have a large fur family

I am so happy that we finally found a vet after ours retired. I found them yesterday by mistake. Our 6 month old heeler "Gypsy" ate a plastic flower pot and was acting strange. They took great care of her and explained everything very well. Our tech was amazing and very friendly. She had a lot of patience with our needy Gypsy whom has a lot of energy.

The vet also spent time answering questions I had. I'm happy to say that they will be our vet for our fur kids. Thank you for seeing my baby on such short notice and taking care of her.

We have new puppies, and they had an issue, these wonderful folks got us in, checked out our pups, fixed us up with meds, and gave us great advice for our new adventure with babies. Staff and doctor were all awesome, kind, caring and great with out little puppies. Will be going back for regular check ups! Definitely 5 star patient service!

New hope animal hospital is a friendly and good customer services. Definitely will recommend it to anyone. They help you with your doggy health. I took my dog to the veterinarian today 11-16-21 and they were able to help my dog with his health and help me save money. I am very happy to take my dog to this clinic because I know my dog will be in good hands.

I have been taking my fur babies, Trixi and Oreo, here since they were puppies (they are now 12 and 11 years old). As a first time dog owner 12 years ago, New Hope Animal Hospital made me feel sure that I was getting the best care for my kiddos and that they care as much as I do for them. The staff and doctors are always super nice and very caring.

They always listen to my concerns, they explain any treatments, options and cost, they follow-up after appointments and I can always call them with questions. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!
